We are seeking CNIM technologists with spine and neurosurgical monitoring experience. Must be proficient in all modalities and troubleshooting. Excellent communication skills, team player, and reliable transportation are required. Our territory is primarily the DFW metroplex, with occasional travel to facilities within driving distance.

Requirements

• CNIM certification — this is an advanced-level IONM role
• American Heart BLS Certification
• Deep knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and surgically related pathologies
• Skilled at analyzing neurophysiologic and electronic waveforms
• Fluent with electrophysiological equipment and testing procedures
• Strong interpersonal skills — you're a team player in a high-stakes environment
• Physical ability to stand, move, and apply electrodes with precision and speed in an OR suite
• Ability to maintain sharp focus through extended monitoring sessions

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year plus paid health insurance (a $13,000/year benefit) and a 4% 401K match

Schedule:

• Typically Monday-Friday
