Work Schedule:

Days, 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday, 8:00AM – 4:30PM with Night/Weekend/Holiday on-call rotation, 45-minute call response time. You may be eligible for up to a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus (pro-rated based on FTE).  You will work at University Hospital in Madison, WI, with services also provided at various other UW Health locations in Madison.
 

Pay:

  • This position may be eligible for a $10,000.00 sign-on bonus
  • Additional components of compensation may include:
    • Evening and night shift differential
    • Weekend differential
    • On-call pay
  • Relocation assistance may be available for qualified applicants

We are seeking an IONM (Intraoperative Neuromonitoring) Technologist I / IONM Technologist II to:

  • Be part of a high-level, superior quality, patient care IONM team.
  • Perform complex monitoring for both adult and pediatric populations.
  • Services include but are not limited to Neurosurgery, Ortho-spine and Vascular.
  • Be proficient in all IONM modalities.
  • New Grads are welcome!

Education:

Minimum – Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Program (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program OR Credential in electroencephalography (R. EEG.T) with at least 2 years of EEG experience Required

Preferred – Graduation from a Commission on Accreditation of Allied Health Education Programs (CAAHEP) accredited Electroneurodiagnostic (END) Program AND 2 years experience performing IONM procedures Preferred

 

Work Experience:

Minimum – 2 years combination of training and experience performing IONM procedures Required

Preferred – 4 years combination of training and experience performing IONM procedures Preferred

 

Certifications:

Minimum – CPR certification Required

Preferred – CNIM registry from ABRET (the American Board of Registration of Electroneurodiagnostic Technology) Preferred
